Who are we?

Career Consultants is a company founded in Nyon in 1995, specialized in professional and personal coaching.

Mrs. Dionne van Kommer, founder, certified professional & executive coach of the "Coaching Institute of Geneva" (IDC), the Behavioural Coaching Institute (BCI) in London and The Resilience Centre in Sydney.

After a bachelor's degree in management from the University of Geneva, she worked in recruiting, in staffing, skills assessment, career management and professional and personal development. Since 2008, she works with public institutions in resilience coaching by helping professionals and managers rebound after a layoff, accident or illness.

Mr. John van Kommer, professional coach, a NLP practitioner, has significant experience in skills assessment, personal marketing and outplacement.
